1. Ratification of the Constitution (proposed constitution)
2. Confirmation of appointments to the Executive Committee
3. General discussion of possible CLT activities for 2026

Nominations for the Committee are invited and may be submitted in advance or made at the meeting.

Voting note

While the proposed Constitution limits voting rights to covenant holders, the Constitution is not yet ratified and therefore not binding. 

Accordingly, all attendees at the 21 February meeting will be invited to vote.

Any final editorial suggestions to the Constitution should be raised at the meeting.
